The most charming working-class village in São Paulo is about to host the 21st edition of one of the largest mystical events in Latin America. From May 29 to 31, the Paranapiacaba Witches and Wizards Convention transforms the picturesque district of Santo André into a destination for culture and esotericism.
Created in the 2000s by Tânia Gori, the event is now part of the city’s tourism calendar, attracting tens of thousands of visitors with each edition. This year, the central theme will be “A Dialogue Between the Ladies of Knowledge and Modern Women,” connecting ancestral knowledge to contemporary women’s challenges.
