33 years after its premiere, the public and critical success ‘A Partilha’ returns to the stage in a new guise, this time with a touch of diversity and social criticism. Throughout its existence, the play, which has brought more than a million people to the theater, has had several seasons, been staged in 27 countries and even received a film adaptation.
In addition, this year Miguel Falabella and Jô Santana are working together again on the production of the exciting story that promises to bring tears and laughter to the audience. Previously, the duo told the life and work of Alcione in the theater.
Understand the plot of ‘The Sharing’
The very talented actresses Ilèa Ferraz, Adriana Lessa, Leticia Soares and Flavia dos Prazeres will play the main characters. In the course of the story, they will discover family secrets, discuss resentments and themes such as love, ambition and betrayal.
Mixing drama and comedy, the plot is based on the premise of four sisters who, after the death of their mother, meet again and discuss the division of assets. Each with a distinct personality, but with many interests in common.
