‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’: musical opens in 2025 in SP
The story takes place nineteen years after the events of ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’, when Harry Potter’s son, Alvo Severo, begins his studies at Hogwarts. There he strikes up an unexpected friendship with Scorpius Malfoy, Draco’s son, and together they embark on a journey through time that could change the course of history as we know it.
The play is the official sequel to the Harry Potter saga and is known as the eighth Potter story. After seasons in Europe and the USA, it has become the most awarded musical in the history of theater, collecting almost 50 awards around the globe.
Connecting elements from the books and games, such as Hogwarts Legacy and Cursed Child, the musical now promises to impact Brazilian audiences. In addition, illusionism and special effects bring the spells of the wizarding world to life in an immersive and unforgettable experience.
