Under the command of Swiss chef Christophe Besse, All Seasons presents special menus for the Christmas holidays. Christmas dinner includes everything from fresh oysters from Santa Catarina and exotic salads to Polenta Gratinada and Medallion of Fillet Gratinada, finished off with a wide variety of desserts. Lunch offers marinated salmon, various salads and classics such as Fillet Wellington and Bacalhau a Zé do Pipo, as well as desserts.
