Chefs no Motel 2026 reaches its 10th edition, offering an experience that goes beyond just lodging: signature menus and exclusive dishes served in the suites. Organized by the Brazilian Motel Association (ABMotéis) in partnership with Guia de Motéis, the festival runs through September 15 and brings together 13 establishments in the city of São Paulo.

Chefs at the Motel 2026: refined dining at fixed prices
The festival was created to encourage Brazilian motels to invest in cuisine as a central element of the experience. In its first edition, “Chefs no Motel” brought together just five establishments. Today, ten years later, the initiative includes 69 participants across all regions of Brazil.
The 2026 edition features three categories of fixed-price menus, although each establishment has creative freedom to develop its own dishes. Check out the prices:

Participating chefs in 2026
Throughout its history, the festival has hosted renowned chefs, including winners of the TV shows MasterChef Brasil and Hell’s Kitchen – Cozinha Sob Pressão.
In 2026, the spotlight in São Paulo is on chef Bia Rosa, who creates the menus for the Tout, Lush, and Andar de Cima Suítes motels . Also participating are Rodrigo Pereira da Silva of Buteco da Carne, Danilo Maldonado, Marilu Nascimento, Beatriz Gonzaga, and Vamila Fuzeto, who catered to the French national team during the 2014 World Cup.
