Bibla: get to know São Paulo’s coziest coffee shop-bookstore
Bibla’s aim, according to the café itself, is to be a place for “literature, fiction and divine cake”.
The menu offers specialty coffees, pies , omelettes, croissants and light sandwiches , as well as cookies and the aforementioned cakes for dessert. The bookshelves are stocked with more than 4,000 national and foreign titles, be they classics, modern, adult or children’s books. In other words, for readers of all tastes and ages!
Another difference is the events that usually take place there, such as conversation circles, literary launches, game nights, storytelling for children, musical performances and workshops for all ages. In addition, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays Bibla holds a book club with discussions and sometimes the presence of authors.
All of this in an intimate and comfortable setting, with tables to share, armchairs and other cozy corners that invite visitors to enjoy their love of writing and a warm cup of coffee.
