1.Matheus Ramos – QT Pizza Bar
Matheus Ramos, in 46th place in the ranking, has brought his passion for Neapolitan pizza and refined techniques to QT Pizza Bar. With a contemporary approach, he mixes traditional Italian ingredients with touches of creativity, resulting in unique pizzas.
Opened in 2019 in Jardins, QT Pizza Bar stands out for its naturally fermented pizzas , matured for 48 hours, and for the careful selection of ingredients.
