Throughout the month, the 2026 Achiropita Festival celebrates its 100th anniversary as the greatest symbol of São Paulo’s Italian heritage, offering traditional flavors and cultural attractions on weekends.

In addition to “culinary delights” and fun for the little ones, the spiritual celebration remains strong at the 2026 Festa da Achiropita. On weekends, for example, the parish offers blessings to the faithful every hour. The traditional procession in honor of the Saint takes to the streets of Bixiga on August 16, with a crowd of devotees and traditional bands.
