The 1st ABC Solidarity and Creative Economy Fair is coming soon, an event that promises to energize Greater São Paulo. From April 23 to 26, this unprecedented initiative bridges the gap between the public and small entrepreneurs, strengthening the solidarity economy network in the metropolis.
The event takes place at the São Bernardo do Campo Studios and Pavilions (formerly Vera Cruz), just 20 kilometers from the capital’s downtown. It’s the perfect opportunity to purchase exclusive handmade items directly from the artisans who create them!
What to expect from the 1st ABC Solidarity and Creative Economy Fair?
The fair is organized by the Ministry of Culture, in partnership with the São Bernardo City Hall and the Greater ABC Intermunicipal Consortium. The central focus is to support regional entrepreneurs and boost the local economy.
Visitors will be able to check out booths featuring handicrafts, fashion, design, home decor, wellness, and literature—all handmade. These are original pieces that reflect the cultural identity of the ABC region, and you’ll hardly find them anywhere else!
The food court will bring together small food businesses, offering craft beverages, snacks, and traditional foods. In addition to shopping and cuisine, the program includes musical performances. Mark your calendar so you don’t miss it!
