What can I expect from the São Paulo Food Film Fest?
The highlight of the program is André Klotzel’s “A Marvada Carne”, which will have its 40th anniversary in 2025. Starring Fernanda Torres, the masterpiece returns to theaters in a remastered version and will feature tastings by chefs Diego Amorim and Luciano Ribeiro, from Áurea Gastronomia.
Other films on show are “Eat, Pray, Love”, “The Goonies” and “Goodfellas“. The 4th edition of the São Paulo Food Film Festival also includes premieres of international titles and documentaries that reflect on healthy eating and food ancestry.
This year’s edition takes place at Reserva Cultural and Centro Cultural Vergueiro. Some titles will also be available online throughout Brazil on the Spcine Play platform.
