Brunch at the Cathedral
The traditional Brunch at the Cathedral will celebrate São Paulo’s birthday with a special menu by chef Gil Gondim. In addition to the brunch at 12 noon, participants can take a tour of the Cathedral, learning about its history and exploring points such as the dome. All proceeds will go towards the upkeep of the Cathedral and the Belém Mission lunchbox project, which supports people in social vulnerability.

Brazeiro celebrates São Paulo’s birthday with a super special themed caipirinha festival ! Inspired by Brazilian music classics, the house offers creative drinks such as “Trem as Onze” and “Saudosa Maloca”, accompanied by traditional dishes such as Galeto na Brasa and Polenta Frita.

On January 25, in addition to São Paulo’s birthday, the restaurant Zena also celebrates its 16th anniversary. The restaurant will be celebrating twice! Customers will be able to enjoy a bar of fresh oysters from Florianópolis, with exclusive accompanying sauces and a sparkling wine toast.

With 75 years of history, Bar Brahma is throwing a party to celebrate SP’s birthday. In addition to the presence of actress Sabrina Sato, the event will feature musical shows, samba school drums and traditional draft beer, reinforcing Brahma’s status as a symbol of bohemian São Paulo!

Another symbol of São Paulo’s gastronomy, Café Girondino offers a special dish to celebrate the capital’s birthday. On January 25 and 26, the place is offering a grilled chicken accompanied by vinaigrette, potato mayonnaise and rice with fried garlic, paying homage to the flavors of São Paulo in its classic setting in the historic center.

From January 20 to 25, Imakay is bringing back the Kashūカシュー cocktail, a tribute to the São Paulo drink Caju Amigo, which mixes elements of São Paulo and Japanese culture into a refreshing drink.

In honor of the date, from January 25 Esther Rooftop is promoting a special week with a themed executive menu, including Brazilian dishes and the “Café 011” drink. As well as a musical program celebrating São Paulo culture!

YVÁ Gastronomia is celebrating the city’s 471st anniversary with a special drink called Zero 11. The refreshing cocktail combines three types of lemon, Smirnoff/Ypióca vodka or cachaça and fresh mint from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden. Inspired by São Paulo’s 011 telephone code, the drink will be offered free to customers who take part in the traditional feijoada on Saturdays, at R$120 per person.

Locale Caffè invites São Paulo residents to celebrate the city’s birthday with a special brunch on January 25 (R$ 145 per person). The highlight of the event is an oyster bar with gourmet pairing options, offering fresh oysters from Florianópolis, accompanied by exclusive cocktails.

For São Paulo’s birthday, Rincon Escondido is promoting an Experience Dinner at the “La Poderoza” parrilla on January 25. Another option among the restaurants to celebrate São Paulo’s birthday is Motique, which is launching a special “SP Sour” drink. The drink, which will be offered on January 25, pays homage to the cosmopolitan city through a combination of cachaça alambique, Sicilian lemon, egg white and artichoke liqueur aged in French oak barrels.

The Hilton São Paulo Morumbi and Canopy by Hilton São Paulo Jardins hotels will be celebrating the city’s birthday with a special menu and unique experiences. In celebration of São Paulo’s 471st anniversary, Bario Bar, Latin America’s largest barcade, in partnership with Sampa Burguer, is launching the special “Sampa Bario” burger, which features a brioche bun, special burger, cheddar cream, barbecued beef ribs, bacon and house mayonnaise. Accompanied by waffle fries, the dish is available until February 15 at the Pinheiros and Tatuapé units.

This restaurant specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine is celebrating São Paulo’s birthday with a special program between January 21 and 25. The highlights are the Hommus Churrasco Grego dish, based on hommus, beef, vinaigrette and fries, and on the 25th, a Greek barbecue sandwich served on the restaurant’s sidewalk accompanied by lemonade.

Finally, Mestiço is another restaurant where you can celebrate São Paulo’s birthday.
