Presence throughout Brazil
With 18 years of history, Brasil Restaurant Week has already been to more than 20 Brazilian cities and has established itself as one of the biggest gastronomic festivals in the world. The main purpose of the event is to stimulate the gastronomic market during periods of low traffic. In addition, by offering themed menus with different pairings at fixed prices, it encourages the public to explore new flavours and environments.
In 2025, the first event will be held in Belém-PA, so the theme of the edition is “A tribute to the Northern region of Brazil: Richness and Diversity“, challenging chefs from all over Brazil to create reinterpretations and new dishes using ingredients from the region. The menus will feature delicacies from the region, such as tucupi, bacuri, açaí, guaraná, manioc, freshwater fish, jambu, among many others.
Finally, with the success of the previous edition, which saw more than 250,000 menus sold, the expectation is that this one will be even bigger. So be sure to follow the official Restaurant Week website to keep up to date with all the news and not miss out on this great celebration of São Paulo gastronomy.
