If your child has always dreamed of camping, we have the perfect tip for you. In March, São Paulo will host another edition of “My Roof of Stars”, a familycamping trip that combines fun, learning and contact with nature. This time the camp will take place at São Paulo Zoo, offering families the chance to disconnect from the big city and immerse themselves in a natural environment, full of games and environmental education workshops.
The next edition of “My Roof of Stars” will take place from Friday to Saturday, March 28-29. The event is the brainchild of Aluga Trip in partnership with Passeios Kids, offering a safe and organized environment for children to enjoy this time outdoors.
My Roof of Stars: camp out at SP Zoo!
This is the 21st edition of “Meu Teto de Estrelas” (My Roof of Stars), which this time offers families the chance to camp at the largest zoo in Latin America, in close contact with nature and the animals. All this in an environment that is superbly prepared to welcome them!
As well as having the incredible experience of sleeping in the open air, the children will have a range of recreational activities, guided by zoo professionals. This way, they will learn more about nature and the zoo’s animals in an educational and immersive adventure.
For example, the experience includes an open-air movie, observation of the zoo’s nocturnal animals and other family activities. In other words, regardless of age, fun is guaranteed!
How to go camping at SP Zoo?
If you’re interested in the experience, all you have to do is secure your place on the official website. Prices range from R$1090 to R$2870 per tent, and they can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Tickets tend to sell out quickly, so although the adventure won’t take place until next month, it’s a good idea to secure your place in advance.
On the day of the event, the tents will be ready for families to set up. Each tent comes with an insulated mattress, picnic table, lantern and chairs. When you get hungry, foodtrucks will be available with drinks and food, paid for separately. Don’t miss the chance to experience this animal night!
